St. Clair Shores We are a growing manufacturing company specializing in custom porch enclosures, screens, and window insulation products. We are looking for reliable, hands-on Production & Shop Technicians to join our team immediately. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, building things, using tools, and seeing a finished product go from raw materials to a completed project. What You'll Do

• Build and assemble custom enclosure and screen components
• Measure, cut, drill, assemble, and prepare materials for production
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely
• Follow measurements, drawings, work orders, and assembly instructions
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Prepare orders and materials for shipping and installation
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shop
• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Help improve production processes and efficiency
• Perform other hands-on manufacturing and shop duties as needed What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.

You should:

• Be comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Have good measuring and basic math skills
• Be able to read and follow instructions accurately
• Have strong attention to detail
• Be physically capable of lifting materials and working on your feet
• Be able to work independently while also being a team player
• Be willing to learn new tools, equipment, and manufacturing processes
