A law firm specializing in real estate, condominium, and homeowner association law is seeking a motivated individual to join our dedicated, collaborative, and dynamic team.

Detail oriented Master multi-tasker Consistent and effective organizational, time management and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft products Thrives in a fast-paced work environment Punctual, hardworking and reliable Eager to embrace opportunity for continued growth Diverse responsibilities for the position include: Preparing statements of account and meticulously reconciling ledgers Performing data entry with precise accuracy Effectively communicate and follow up with clients and debtors Prioritizing and managing numerous responsibilities and deadlines Monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts Drafting letters and pleadings Undertaking other assigned tasks and duties This role is based in-person at our law firm office. All training will take place at our Farmington Hills location for a minimum of six (6) months. We offer comprehensive on-the-job training and ample opportunities for advancement within the role.
