Job Description
onsemi, based in East Fishkill, New York, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Probe Card Technician. The Probe Card Technician is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, repair, cleaning, and qualification of probe cards used in semiconductor wafer testing. This role ensures probe cards meet performance and quality standards to maximize test yield, minimize downtime, and support production schedules. The technician works closely with engineering, manufacturing, and equipment maintenance teams to troubleshoot probe card issues and implement continuous improvements. D1: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, every other Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
