Description Apple is seeking a Creative Director to lead A/V Creative Advertising for Apple TV Sports campaigns, spanning live sports programming, sports films, & series across our Apple TV streaming service. This role calls for a strong storyteller who understands what drives engagement around live sports and sports storytelling specifically, not just entertainment marketing broadly. The ideal candidate can develop a bold creative vision for a campaign, sell that vision cross-functionally, and execute it in a way that elevates the larger campaign. They are a thought leader who seeks out innovative approaches, stays ahead of emerging trends, and brings a creative sensibility that flexes across sports and entertainment content genres. They build strong internal and external relationships to drive alignment and produce groundbreaking campaigns.","responsibilities":"Develop creatively innovative concepts and approaches that shape A/V marketing materials Partner with Design, Strategy, Social, Operations, and other cross-functional marketing leads to build breakthrough campaigns Direct external agency partners and in-house editorial teams to execute high-quality A/V output Lead and mentor junior creatives, writers, and producers to develop strong creative approaches Create, delegate, and manage against schedules and budgets Present and articulate creative plans to Apple TV leadership, cross-functional partners, and external partners Preferred Qualifications Proven ability to build and direct high-quality A/V creative that meets Apple's standards Collaborative, team-oriented approach with experience operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional organization Experience managing a high volume of creative and campaign types in parallel Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of creative experience leading Sports and/or scripted title campaigns, with a track record in sports marketing preferred Fluent across TV Streaming, Broadcast, Digital, and Social advertising formats and methodologies Deep understanding of the sports landscape and what makes sports storytelling resonate with fans Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $177,000 and $266,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
