This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong eye for color, trend, fit, and product development who is excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The Associate Designer will partner closely with the design team to help bring seasonal collections to life, from initial concept through final product. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the activewear and swimwear market, is highly organized, and can balance creativity with execution. What You Will Do Support the design team with seasonal Active and Swim collections. Research trends, color, fabric, silhouettes, and competitive product. Create and update CADs, technical sketches, colorways, and presentation boards. Assist with tech packs, fit comments, sample reviews, and product development updates. Communicate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and overseas partners as needed. Help maintain organization of design files, samples, and seasonal calendars. What We Are Looking For 1-3 years of design experience, ideally in Active, Swim, or contemporary apparel. Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field. Strong Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills. Experience creating flats, CADs, tech packs, and presentation materials. A strong eye for fit, proportion, color, print, and fabric. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities. Positive team player with strong communication skills.
