Must be Bilingual in English and Chinese. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Create tech packs / Graded specs Analyze fit, construction, workmanship issues, and accurately communicating all PP and TOP corrections to factories overseas. Create graded specs for production Daily vendor communication Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications:

Preferred degree in Fashion. 5+ years of design room experience within the apparel industry. Proficient at Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft programs (Excel). Ability to handle multi-faceted projects with strong follow through. Able to work independently, as well as collaborate as a team player. Energetic, self-motivated, and passionate about the clothing industry. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Knowledge of pattern making and garment construction. Organized, detail oriented, tenacious follow up skills. Chinese (read, write, type).
