1st Shift What's the Job? Contact delinquent accounts to request payment and document all communication in the contact center system. Maintain professional and courteous relationships with a diverse range of customers and team members. Schedule effective reminders for payment deadlines based on customer agreements and collection patterns. Respond to customer inquiries regarding outstanding balances, invoices, and account information. Research account disputes and billing discrepancies, ensuring accurate resolution and documentation. What's Needed? Polite, friendly demeanor with the ability to handle difficult conversations diplomatically. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong math and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with Oracle platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
