What You Will Do:
Support the growth and development of the Lifestyle Collective by identifying and building relationships with brands that align with the Company's lifestyle-focused assortment and customer experience. Proactively reach out to prospective brands across categories such as travel, wellness, lifestyle, home, fashion, beauty, fitness, and other complementary categories that align with the Lifestyle Collective. Introduce prospective partners to the Lifestyle Collective and communicate the benefits, opportunities, and expectations of partnering with the Company. Manage relationships with existing Lifestyle Collective brands, serving as a primary point of contact and ensuring partners receive a high level of service and support. Coordinate the onboarding of new brands, including collecting required information, documentation, product details, and invoices and ensuring all requirements are completed accurately and timely. Support brands with order fulfillment by coordinating with the Culver City store and other internal teams to ensure products are received, processed, and fulfilled appropriately. Track orders, invoices, and other partner-related documentation to ensure accurate and timely processing and payment. Conduct quarterly business reviews with Lifestyle Collective partners to evaluate performance, discuss opportunities, address concerns, and strengthen the overall partnership. Manage the Company's Premier Program, an exclusive partnership program available to approximately 30 select brands. Coordinate Premier Program benefits, including marketing support, annual partnership opportunities, POS displays, shelf toppers, and discounted advertising opportunities. Work closely with Premier Program partners to ensure they understand and effectively utilize available marketing and promotional opportunities. Coordinate marketing and promotional activities with internal teams and brand partners to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. Monitor partner activity, sales opportunities, fulfillment needs, and program participation to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Maintain organized and accurate records of brand contacts, partnerships, orders, invoices, program participation, and other related information. Collaborate with Store Operations, Marketing, Merchandising, Finance, and other internal teams to support the successful execution of Lifestyle Collective partnerships. Stay informed on emerging lifestyle brands, consumer trends, and new categories to identify potential partnership opportunities. Represent the Lifestyle Collective professionally when communicating with current and prospective brand partners. Assist with special projects and other initiatives designed to grow and enhance the Lifestyle Collective. Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Will Bring:
2+ years of experience in brand partnerships, account management, sales, marketing, retail, hospitality, or a related field. Strong interest in lifestyle, wellness, travel, beauty, fashion, home, and emerging consumer brands. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to confidently engage with prospective and existing brand partners. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple brands, orders, invoices, and deadlines. Ability to manage projects from initial outreach through onboarding, fulfillment, and ongoing partnership management. Strong follow-up skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Comfortable communicating with both external brand partners and internal teams across the organization. Ability to work independently, prioritize competing responsibilities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace; experience with retail, CRM, or order management systems is a plus.
