In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, fit, and quality of our product designs. Your expertise, precision, and clear communication will directly influence our product development process and final results. Key Responsibilities Create comprehensive technical packages, including precise CAD sketches, construction details, and key measurements, using Adobe Illustrator. Partner closely with design and product development teams to deliver high-quality garments that align with design intent. Lead and participate in live fit sessions, identifying and resolving construction and fit issues. Clearly articulate fit observations and recommend improvements to cross-functional teams. Maintain thorough notes to ensure final product fit, quality, and construction meet brand standards. Coordinate with vendors for Full Package development and ensure adherence to technical requirements. Prepare grade rules, pattern cards, approved specifications, and Bills of Materials (BOM) prior to marking and grading. Manage timelines according to the time-and-action calendar, maintaining detailed development records. Track fit, pre-production (PP), and reference samples. Maintain and organize the pattern and block library. Serve as a primary contact for domestic and overseas vendors regarding fit, specs, patterns, trims, and construction. Collaborate with fellow Technical Designers to achieve project goals and deadlines. Required Skills & Abilities Proficient in men's and women's grading and grade rules. Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, and fabric properties. Skilled in PLM systems, Excel, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized with strong time management abilities. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills with business and creative insight. Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy. Professional, reliable, and discreet. Education & Experience 4-8 years of experience in technical design; RTW and denim experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Technical Design, Fashion Design, or equivalent professional experience. Experience producing tech packs for domestic and overseas factories preferred.
