Job Description
- Children's Sleepwear & Baby Designer
- We are looking for a
- highly skilled, creative, and fast-moving Children's Sleepwear & Baby Designer
- to join our team. This is a
- hands-on, execution-focused role
- for someone who can take ideas from concept through finished design quickly and accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable using
- AI-powered design tools alongside traditional design software
- to accelerate the creative process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create original prints, patterns, graphics, and artwork for children's sleepwear and baby products
- Design and develop new product concepts and collections
- Create detailed
- CADs and production-ready artwork
- Utilize
- AI design and image-generation tools
- to develop concepts, prints, graphics, colorways, and design variations
- Use AI to
- speed up concept development and overall design workflow
- Translate AI-generated concepts into
- clean, editable, production-ready Adobe Illustrator artwork
- Research and follow current baby, kids, fashion, print, and retail trends
- Manage multiple projects with
- fast turnaround times
Requirements:
- Strong experience in
- children's apparel, sleepwear, baby, or related product design
- Expert-level Adobe Illustrator skills
- Experience using
- AI creative/design tools
- Strong print, pattern, and graphic design capabilities
- Strong CAD and technical design skills
- Ability to work
- quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Creative thinker who is comfortable combining
- AI technology with traditional design skills
