Wedding & Event Florist Enchanted Design & Florals | Brooksville, Florida Enchanted Design & Florals is seeking a creative, dependable, and detail-oriented florist to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has a passion for floral design and enjoys transforming wedding visions into beautiful, memorable arrangements. Responsibilities

• Design and assemble bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, ceremony arrangements, and other wedding florals
• Prepare, process, condition, and properly store fresh flowers and greenery
• Follow approved inspiration photos, color palettes, floral selections, and design plans
• Assist with organizing flowers and supplies for upcoming events
• Carefully package and transport floral arrangements
• Assist with on-site floral installation and styling
• Set up ceremony and reception arrangements according to the event design
• Repurpose floral arrangements between ceremony and reception spaces when required
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe floral workspace
• Track supplies and notify management when materials need to be reordered
• Handle flowers, vases, candles, tools, and rental décor with care
• Assist with event breakdown and collection of floral containers or rental items
• Communicate professionally with clients, venue staff, coordinators, vendors, and team members Qualifications
• Previous floral design, wedding, event, or creative styling experience is preferred
• Knowledge of basic floral preparation and arrangement techniques is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for color, balance, and presentation
• Ability to recreate designs from inspiration photos and written instructions
• Dependable transportation and consistent attendance
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to remain calm and flexible in a fast-paced event environment
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry floral arrangements, buckets, containers, and event supplies
• Must be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the wedding and event schedule
