Job Overview We're building a team of kind, creative people who love floral design, weddings, and luxury events. No floral experience? No problem. We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a heart for serving others. We'll teach you everything else. Duties Design and create custom floral arrangements for events, ensuring each piece reflects the client's vision and style. Clean and prepare candles and vases for each wedding. Maintain a clean, organized workspace with proper handling of tools, vases, containers, and floral supplies. Be on site for wedding set ups, flip the ceremony to reception space, and late night breakdowns. Create social media content, take behind the scenes photos and videos, occasional posting to social media. Qualifications No floral experience needed, willing to teach. Although you must be a creative person. Reliable transportation. Ability to lift 50+ lbs. Willing to work weekends and occasional evenings and late nights, due to the length of weddings. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and artistic integrity. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with the floral team and clients on wedding days.

Pay:

$18.00 - $25.00 per hour
