Job Overview Debsan Design Center is looking for a Design Consultant to join our team in downtown Natick. We're seeking someone with a passion for interior design who enjoys working with people and helping them create beautiful spaces. As a Design Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners, interior designers, and contractors, guiding them through our curated selection of wallpaper, flooring, carpet, fabrics, window treatments, and paint. Whether a customer is updating a single room or renovating an entire home, you'll help them find products that fit their style, needs, and budget. Responsibilities Assist customers with selecting wallpaper, flooring, carpet, fabric, and other design products Offer design guidance on colors, patterns, textures, and product coordination Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and guiding clients through the entire sales process from initial consultation to deal closing. Utilize POS system to prepare quotes accurately, process orders, handle cash or credit payments, and track customer interactions for future follow-up Learn product lines and stay current on new collections and design trends Maintain the showroom by organizing displays, sample books, and merchandise Coordinate with vendors and team members to ensure a smooth customer experience Help create an inviting, professional showroom environment

Qualifications Required:

Background in interior design Strong eye for color, pattern, and design Excellent communication and customer service skills Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once Comfortable learning new products and computer systems Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team Ability to work a flexible schedule, including

Saturdays Preferred :
