The days we are looking for additional help are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday( occasional), Friday from 10-2pm or until the deliveries are done. Responsibilities Assist customers in selecting flowers, plants, and related gardening products, providing expert advice on floral arrangements and plant care. Manage retail transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and sales processing. Prepare merchandise displays that are visually appealing and aligned with store standards. Coordinate flower and plant deliveries, ensuring timely and professional service while communicating effectively with customers via phone or in person. Maintain organized stock levels by stocking shelves, merchandising products attractively, and monitoring inventory for reordering needs. Identify various plants and flowers to educate customers on their features, care requirements, and suitability for different environments. Support outdoor work activities when needed to keep the store's exterior inviting. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales, floral design, or outdoor work such as gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required—training will be provided! Strong communication skills in English Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Knowledge of plant identification, and floral arrangement techniques is advantageous. Excellent organizational skills for stocking shelves, merchandising displays, and managing delivery schedules. Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service and teamwork. Ability to work outdoors comfortably in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
