Located in the beautiful Historic Parkville Train Depot, White Farmhouse Flowers is a full-service florist and gift shop known for exceptional customer service, beautiful floral designs, and a welcoming, team-oriented culture. As the only full-service florist in Parkville, we're proud to serve our community through daily deliveries, weddings, sympathy work, special events, and seasonal celebrations. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a talented designer who is passionate about flowers, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment where everyone contributes to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Position Details Part-Time Guaranteed 20 hours per week Starting at $18.00 -$20 per hour (based on experience) Some weekends are required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional floral design experience (required) Experience designing fresh floral arrangements for everyday occasions Wedding floral experience preferred Experience creating bridal bouquets, bridesmaids' bouquets, corsages, boutonnières, and other personal flowers Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional design quality Friendly, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service Why Join White Farmhouse Flowers? Opportunity for Additional Hours We're also considering adding another retail team member. If you're comfortable assisting customers, merchandising, gift wrapping, and helping on the retail side of the business, there may be an opportunity for additional hours for the right candidate. Interview Process Qualified applicants will complete a hands-on floral design bench test during the interview process. This position is intended for experienced floral designers. Applicants without at least three years of professional floral design experience will not be considered.
