We proudly serve both Missouri and Kansas, providing timely delivery within a 40-mile radius of our location. Summary As a Floral Designer at Toblers Flowers, you will have the opportunity to create stunning floral arrangements that bring joy to our customers. Your artistic skills will play a vital role in enhancing our reputation as a leading florist in the Kansas City area. Responsibilities Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions including weddings, funerals, and special events. Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences for floral designs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and display cases. Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems. Collaborate with team members to fulfill large orders efficiently. Requirements Proven experience as a floral designer or in a similar creative role . Strong sales skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus. Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
