Job Description
Delivers floral and gift items for the Caesars Floral Department and provides outstanding customer service through merchandise sales and transaction processing. Assists with receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise displays, while supporting miscellaneous flower shop operations as needed. Requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, the ability to multitask, and the capability to work effectively in a dynamic, high-pressure environment. Deliver floral arrangements and gift items for the Caesars Floral Department. Maintain a clean driving record and safely operate company vehicles. Ability to multitask and lift up to 50 pounds. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively with others. Perform well in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and handle stressful situations professionally. Assist with miscellaneous flower shop duties and other tasks as assigned. Provide exceptional customer service and actively promote merchandise sales. Operate a cash register and accurately process customer transactions. Receive, unpack, fold, stock, and organize daily merchandise deliveries. Utilize effective selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain clean, organized sales areas and ensure compliance with visual merchandising standards. Exhibit an outgoing, energetic, positive, and dependable demeanor at all times. Must be at least 21 years of age. Must possess a current, valid Nevada Driver's License. High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience that provide the required knowledge, skills, and abilities will be considered. Must be able to obtain and maintain all required licenses and certifications, including TAM (Alcohol Awareness) and Health Card certifications, where applicable.
