• Design and create unique floral arrangements for various occasions
• Maintain inventory of flowers, plants, and supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients with their floral needs
• Keep the work area clean and organized
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders Qualifications
• 4 years previous experience in floral design please do not apply if you do not have floral experience
• Knowledge of different types of flowers, orchids and plants
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Experience in retail sales, point-of-sale systems, or customer service is advantageous
