Walter Pine Floral Design is looking for a creative and passionate Part-Time Florist to join our team in Philadelphia, PA! This is a fantastic opportunity to bring beauty to life through stunning floral arrangements while working in a collaborative and inspiring environment. Responsibilities:

Design and create floral arrangements for a variety of occasions including events, weddings, and everyday orders Assist customers in selecting flowers, arrangements, and add-ons to meet their needs Receive, process, and properly store fresh flower inventory to maintain quality Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shop floor and workspace Process customer orders accurately, including in-store, phone, and online requests Monitor and replenish floral supplies and materials as needed Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships

Requirements:

At least 1 year experience in floral design Strong eye for color, composition, and Walter Pine floral design aesthetics Strong understanding of the types, varieties and seasonality of flowers Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends and holidays Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift floral supplies as needed Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Knowledge of flower care, handling, and seasonal availability is a plus
