Job Description

Job Overview:
State of Being Co. is looking for a part-time Weekend Workshop Encourager to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays at our South Street store. We're looking for someone who is confident, dependable, and enjoys connecting with people. This role is equal parts workshop host and retail associate. What you'll be responsible for: Leading our candle-making workshops for groups of up to 14 guests. Learning our workshop curriculum and confidently guiding guests through the candle-making process from start to finish. Speaking comfortably in front of groups, keeping workshops on schedule, and creating a fun, engaging atmosphere. Welcoming every guest who walks through our doors and helping create an exceptional experience. Assisting customers on the retail floor, answering questions about our products, and making thoughtful recommendations. Restocking inventory, packaging products, preparing workshop materials, and keeping the store clean, organized, and ready for the next class. Pay:
$15.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 32.0 per week
