As our business is growing and changing, we are looking for the perfect, talented, amazing individual who is excited to grow with us! Things we are looking for in our new team member: you must be able to balance all aspects of a full-service flower shop, have the ability to multitask, stay organized, work independently and in a efficient manner. We are a fast-paced flower shop and are ideally looking for you to have 3+ years in a floral design studio. Floral and Plant design/Plant purchasing support. Must work weekends and holidays.

Purpose Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for filling/designing all customer orders fresh, plant, gourmet and otherwise. Secondary responsibilities include but are not limited to; plant inventory, contacting vendors when asked to place an order, customer service, delivery routing. Maintaining an organized and clean plant department . Ensuring any purchases are necessary to the needs of the business.

Responsibility Summary:

Following is an outline of this position's major areas of responsibility: Efficiently and productively design floral bouquets, plant arrangements, gourmet baskets, etc to the specifications of our customers and the policies of this organization. Assist in new product design when asked to do so Maintain an organized and clean workstation and department Record low levels of supplies, hard goods and fresh & plant components and report to the purchasing manager or care and handling lead for replenishment Assist in production preparation & set up containers, green containers, etc. as deemed necessary by design or operations manager Assist Design Manager with any clerical needs necessary Perform as a strong 1st in charge Continually strive to improve The Flower Bucket's floral design department Communicate and interact with other team members in a harmonious way to promote a strong team working relationship Be available and willing to help in any The Flower Bucket department when necessary.
