This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop floral design skills while supporting daily operations in a dynamic retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral artistry. Multilingual abilities are a plus. Responsibilities Assist senior floral designers in creating stunning floral arrangements for various occasions Support daily store operations, including stocking shelves and maintaining visual merchandising standards Help manage inventory through proper stock rotation and organization Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, including floral prep areas and retail displays Requirements Passion for floral design Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining professionalism Good customer service skills with a friendly attitude and strong interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of floral design principles; training will be provided for specific techniques Ability to work collaboratively within a team and follow safety guidelines
