Part-Time Flower Florist Must have 2 years experience Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, creative, and hardworking Part-Time Flower Shop Florist to assist with daily shop/event operations. This position involves helping create floral arrangements, preparing flowers, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, setting up for events and deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn all aspects of the floral business. Responsibilities Assist with creating and assembling floral arrangements and bouquets Process, prepare, and care for fresh flowers Help with event, wedding, and special occasion setup and breakdown Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop, work areas, coolers, and storage spaces Assist with receiving and unpacking flower shipments and supplies Support staff with deliveries and order preparation as needed Help customers with flower selections and general inquiries Perform general shop maintenance and daily tasks as assigned Qualifications Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service and communication skills Floral experience is a plus Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed What We Offer Flexible part-time scheduling Friendly and creative work environment Opportunity to learn floral design and event setup
