Job Description

At 5.11, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We're looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer who can take ideas from concept through final execution across both print and digital channels.
What You'll Do:
Develop creative concepts and translate ideas into compelling visual designs. Design a wide range of print and digital marketing materials, including digital advertising, email, website assets, point-of-sale materials, store graphics, sales collateral, catalogs, direct mail, brochures, event and display graphics, packaging, and brand materials. Partner with copywriters, photographers, stylists, designers, marketing partners, printers, and other cross-functional teams to bring creative projects to life. Interpret creative briefs and stakeholder needs and develop design solutions that deliver strong visual impact. Incorporate feedback and refine designs through final stakeholder approval. Partner closely with creative leads and project managers to communicate project status, priorities, and timelines. Receive and execute against creative direction while contributing ideas and recommendations throughout the design process. Collaborate with other designers to maintain consistency and elevate the overall quality of creative work. Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining accurate project tracking and proofing. Ensure final work aligns with brand standards and is accurate, polished, and ready for production.
What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience. Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across print and digital design. Experience designing for websites, email, digital advertising, and other digital channels. Working knowledge of responsive design and HTML as it relates to digital creative. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign. Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling. Ability to interpret and execute established brand guidelines across multiple formats and channels. Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with creative and cross-functional partners. Current knowledge of design trends, technology, and industry software.
Pay Range:
$70,000-$80,000 plus bonus 5.11 offers a best-in-class benefits program including: medical, dental and vision insurance; a 401(k) program with employer match; employer-paid basic life and AD&D insurance.
