You will help clients modernize finance functions, improve decision-making, and drive business value through strategic transformation. Work you'll do As a Senior Manager, Strategy, Growth & Transformation on the Finance Strategy team, you will be responsible for leading finance transformation initiatives that help clients improve performance, modernize operations, and strengthen finance's role as a strategic business partner.

• Lead finance strategy and transformation engagements from planning through delivery
• Advise CFOs and finance leaders on operating model design, process improvement, finance technology, data, and artificial intelligence-enabled transformation
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and recommendations for transformation, cost optimization, and value creation initiatives
• Build senior client relationships and lead executive workshops, presentations, and stakeholder alignment activities

Qualifications Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or consulting, including advising CFOs in finance transformation, finance technology, data, artificial intelligence, or operating model design
• 3+ years of experience leading teams of 3+ professionals and overseeing 1+ major change initiative from start to finish
• Experience leading 2+ enterprise finance transformation progra.
