This team knows how to bring fun into their everyday, prioritizing team connection and enjoying creative sessions together. core responsibilities The Junior Graphic Designer supports seasonal graphic development, product creation, and production execution. This role collaborates with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, Licensing, and Production teams to bring creative concepts to life while ensuring quality, consistency, and process adherence. Participate in seasonal inspiration workshops and trend research. Gather design inspiration and explore fonts, trims, and embellishments for apparel. Assist in creating seasonal graphic concepts and assets. Support trim approvals with cross-functional partners. Prepare Sample Tech Packs and coordinate handoff to the Senior Production Artist for development. Create Sample Visual Line Plans (VLPs) and communicate design updates to Production Artists. Maintain design accuracy throughout the production process. Support the development and execution of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established design workflows. qualifications Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years relevant work experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator and Photoshop. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate in a fast-paced environment.
