Most of our work is repeat program work, which means the same sign types produced to exact brand standards across many locations. We've been doing this long enough to know that getting it right the first time is what keeps clients coming back. The role You'll run our print and graphics production. That means owning output quality, keeping jobs moving on schedule, and training the people working alongside you. You'll work closely with design, project management, and the fabrication shop to make sure what we print matches what the client approved, every time. What you'll do Run and maintain large format printers, laminators, and plotters Prepare files for production, catch problems before they hit the printer, and flag issues back to PM/design Match brand colors to spec and hold consistency across long program runs Apply vinyl and graphics to substrates, panels, vehicles, and sign faces Train and direct print shop staff, and set the standard for quality and cleanliness Manage media and ink inventory and let purchasing know before you run low Keep printers maintained and troubleshoot equipment problems Hit production deadlines and speak up early when a job is at risk What you need [3+] years of hands-on experience in a sign shop (required) Strong working knowledge of large format printing, lamination, and vinyl application Experience with RIP software and design files [e.g., Flexi, Onyx, Adobe Illustrator] A good eye for color and the patience to get it right Experience leading or training others, formally or informally Ability to lift [50] lbs and stand for long periods Reliable transportation to our Smyrna shop Nice to have Experience with national brand or multi-location program work Vehicle wrap experience Knowledge of printer maintenance beyond basic upkeep

Pay:

Up to $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
