Job Description

Production Graphic Designer Advertising Plus is seeking a versatile Production Graphic Designer to support high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑platform print work. This role involves producing print‑ready artwork for apparel, products, packaging, paper goods, signage, and other branded materials. Candidates should bring strong Adobe Creative Suite expertise (specifically in Illustrator), exceptional attention to detail, and a solid understanding of pre‑flight, layout refinement, and color accuracy. Screen‑print design experience is a plus. Responsibilities Handle multiple deadlines while maintaining well‑organized file structures Collaborate closely with sales reps, clients, and the production team to deliver high‑quality, on‑brand work; receptiveness to feedback is essential Perform final quality checks on typography, color, and layout across diverse print formats Qualifications Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; familiarity with RIP software and color separations preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies quickly Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience Portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
