Job Description

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer with strong design skill-set and background in art direction to join our team. Working at LBIF means contributing to meaningful programs, from art exhibitions and environmental initiatives to youth camps and special events, that inspire visitors of all ages. We offer a collaborative, supportive, and dynamic environment where creativity thrives and new ideas are encouraged to build our community. All positions are in person , require a college education , and a maximum commute of 45 minutes to our campus. This position is not remote.

InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Design graphics for various projects in online : website, social media, marketing, advertisements. Proficiency with

Adobe Suite:

InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Manage website and website content. Proficiency with WordPress.
Email Marketing management, Proficiency with Constant Contact, Pardot, Account Engagement
General office clerical work . Proficiency with MS Office, and excellent file management skills. Excellent writing and editing ability a must. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of front desk operations and office management.
Customer Service .

Prior experience in customer support. Excellent verbal communication skills. Our cultural organization is multidisciplinary in the arts and sciences and offers many programs and experiences for all age groups. Of value to the this position would be skill sets and experience in the ARTS and/or SCIENCES and/or ARTS MANAGEMENT and/or

ARTS EDUCATION. A

college degree is required, such as a BFA or MFA. Individuals with a varied background experience thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 21.0 - 28.0 per week
