We are looking for a CNC Machine Setup Person in the Milling department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Understand blueprints, job plans and operation instructions to assure parts are manufactured to specs. Proficient in understanding G-Code Able to inspect a workpiece using micrometer, calipers, height gauge, optical comparator and gauges. Set up machines using verbal/written instructions provided by programmer/engineer to produce a part for First Article Inspection. When part passes FAI you will turn the production over to an operator after instructing them on the production of the part.. Troubleshoot problems during the standard production machining process Train machine operators to run production jobs after part passes FAI. Know how to operate Haas Milling Centers and or Lathes is a plus. Experience using CNC probing systems is a plus. Knowledge of 5 Axis CNC machines is a plus. Able to perform all types of deburring as needed

Requirements:

3-5 Years of experience in similar roles. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
