Cash and credit card TIPS Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their beverage and food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare a variety of non-alcoholic beverages, including coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and food safety standards. Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while ensuring correct change and transaction accuracy. Maintain cleanliness of the café area, including counters, equipment, and seating spaces, adhering to food handling and safety protocols. Manage retail sales transactions with professionalism, including ringing up purchases and assisting customers with product inquiries. Restock supplies regularly to ensure the availability of ingredients, cups, utensils, and other essentials needed for smooth operations. Requirements Previous experience in food service or café environments is preferred; barista experience is highly valued.
