May produce documents and printed materials using desktop publishing software and equipment. May work for a publishing company or provide printed business or marketing material for business clients.

Job Description
- Take ownership of projects from brief through final production.
- Develop original apparel graphics for a variety of clients, events, teams, and audiences.
- Make independent creative decisions based on the target demographic, client objectives, visual trends, and production requirements.
- Work across multiple artistic styles and projects while managing competing deadlines.
- Identify and solve creative or production problems independently.
- Adapt to different client workflows, creative guidelines, approval processes, and production specifications.
- Maintain organized files and accurately follow detailed, multi-step production workflows.
- Create color separated artwork and print ready production files.
- Develop supporting graphics for social media, signage, and promotional materials.
- Apply strong knowledge of color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal team members.
Qualifications Required:
- Professional experience in graphic design, illustration, apparel design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating original artwork and multiple artistic styles.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex production processes accurately.
- Strong understanding of color, composition, typography, and visual communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strongly Preferred:
- Screen-printing and apparel production experience.
- Experience creating spot-color separations.
- Experience preparing production-ready artwork.
- Experience working with sports, events, teams, or youth-oriented brands.
- Experience creating social media graphics and signage.
