Job Description
- Create and refine graphic layouts for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production materials.
- Prepare artwork and layout files with strong attention to alignment, spacing, typography, color, and brand consistency.
- Review design files for accuracy, quality, and production readiness before final delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements, revisions, deadlines, and final output needs.
- Manage multiple layout projects while maintaining quality, organization, and timely completion.
- Make edits, updates, and adjustments based on feedback while ensuring final materials meet specifications. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$23.00 per hour.- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
Location:
Las Vegas, NV.- Work arrangement: 2 weeks of onsite training, then hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
- Client will supply a laptop, keyboard, and mouse.
- Candidates must have hard-wired internet, no Wi-Fi.
- Internet speed must meet one of the following options: Option 1 is 1 Gig download and 35 upload, or Option 2 is 500 download and 10 upload.
- Candidates must pass a background check.
- Overtime is mandatory when needed.
- Weekend work may be required when needed. Required Qualifications and Skills
- Create and update graphic layouts for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production materials.
- Prepare accurate production-ready files that meet project specifications and brand standards.
- Review layouts for typography, spacing, alignment, color accuracy, consistency, and overall quality.
- Manage revisions and multiple layout assignments while meeting deadlines.
- 3-5 years of graphic layout, graphic production, visual design, or related creative experience.
- Strong understanding of layout principles, typography, spacing, hierarchy, color, and visual consistency.
- Ability to follow project instructions, brand guidelines, production requirements, and revision notes accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify errors before final delivery.
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven creative production environment.
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with internal teams.
- Must be able to complete 2 weeks of onsite training in Las Vegas, NV.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote after training.
- Must have hard-wired internet that meets the required speed specifications.
- Must be able to work mandatory overtime and weekends when needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience preparing files for print, digital, marketing, presentation, or production environments.
- Familiarity with professional graphic design or layout software.
- Previous experience supporting business services, corporate marketing, creative production, or internal communications projects.
- Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate clean layout, strong typography, and attention to production detail.
