We wrap everything from passenger cars to commercial fleets, produce large-format signage, and run print for several in-house brands. We're looking for a graphic designer who can create work that looks great on screen and holds up when it's four feet tall on the side of a truck. This is a production-forward design role. You'll be creating and prepping files for large-format print every day, not just designing concepts. If you've never set up a vehicle wrap template, touched a bleed line, or prepared a file for a wide-format printer, this role will be a steep learning curve. If you have, this is a great fit. What You'll Do
  • Design vehicle wraps, partial graphics, and fleet branding from concept to print-ready file
  • Adapt client-provided logos and artwork for large-format production
  • Set up files to print specifications (bleed, resolution, color profile, panel alignment)
  • Create signage, banners, decals, and promotional graphics
  • Build mockups for client approvals
  • Support social media and marketing graphics as needed What We're Looking For
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (required)
  • Demonstrated understanding of vehicle graphics layout — templates, panel breaks, bleed zones, installation considerations
  • Portfolio that includes vehicle wraps, large-format print, or commercial graphics (required — applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed)
  • Ability to take a job from raw client brief to print-ready file with minimal hand-holding
  • Detail-oriented — production errors cost real money in materials and time
  • Able to work at pace — we run multiple jobs simultaneously Nice to Have
  • Experience with vehicle wrap template software or supplier templates
  • Familiarity with wide-format RIP software
  • Background in signage or environmental graphics
  • Experience prepping files for vinyl output What We Offer
  • Full-time position, Monday through Friday
  • Competitive pay based on experience
  • Work with a tight-knit team doing high-visibility, portfolio-worthy work
  • Knoxville-based — no remote How to Apply Submit your resume and a link to your portfolio, or attach samples of your work.
Applications without portfolio samples will not be considered. Show us vehicle wraps, large-format graphics, or commercial print work if you have it; that's what matters most for this role.
