DTF Town is Hiring - Graphic Designer / Customer Service Representative DTF Town is looking for a talented, responsible, and customer-focused team member to join our team. This position combines graphic design, customer service, order processing, and email communication .

Responsibilities:

Answer customer phone calls and assist with questions and orders Communicate with customers in English and Spanish Help customers create, edit, and prepare their designs for DTF printing Review customer artwork and make necessary adjustments for print Create and process orders together with customers Check and respond to customer emails Follow up on orders and provide excellent customer service Assist with daily graphic design and order-related tasks

Requirements:

Must be able to communicate confidently in English and Spanish Experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator Good graphic design skills Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Good computer and email skills Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Experience in DTF printing, custom apparel, or print production is a plus, but training can be provided. Pay:
