Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Temporary Graphic Designer specializing in Print Production to join our creative team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life through expertly crafted print materials, ensuring high-quality production standards and brand consistency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on diverse projects, from marketing collateral to promotional print assets, while honing your skills in digital and print design. Your creativity and technical proficiency will play a vital role in elevating our visual presence across multiple channels. Responsibilities Develop compelling print designs including brochures, posters, flyers, packaging, and other marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. Prepare and optimize design files for print production, ensuring accurate color management, resolution, and layout specifications. Collaborate with marketing and production teams to translate concepts into visually engaging print assets that meet project deadlines. Utilize graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and CorelDRAW to create polished visual content. Manage the entire print production process from initial concept through final output, including prepress checks and quality control. Incorporate branding elements consistently across all printed materials while applying typography and layout best practices. Support the creation of digital art and motion graphics as needed for integrated campaigns or presentations. Qualifications Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing print design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, Sketch, Figma, and other graphic design software. Knowledge of print production processes including file preparation for printing, color management, typesetting, and prepress procedures. Familiarity with digital design tools such as Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing is a plus. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling principles. Technical skills in HTML, CSS, WordPress or content management systems are advantageous for integrated marketing efforts. Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
