Job Description
Graphic Designer As a Graphic Designer at The Soccer Factory, you will play an important role in supporting the overall success and visual identity of our brand through thoughtful, creative, and effective design. You will collaborate closely with the Sales Team and other departments on a variety of projects, including sports apparel graphics, marketing materials, digital content, social media assets, and brand initiatives. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales Team and other team members to create eye-catching and innovative designs for sports apparel, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Develop original artwork, illustrations, graphics, and visual concepts that align with the company's brand identity and appeal to our target audience. Create product graphics, including garment prints, logos, branding elements, and uniform-related artwork. Manage assigned design projects from initial concept through final production while meeting deadlines and quality standards. Prepare and optimize design files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and proper formatting. Maintain and manage social media graphics, templates, and digital assets. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to develop fresh concepts and strengthen the brand's visual presence. Stay current with industry trends, sports apparel design, and emerging design practices. Review designs for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines before production. Maintain organized project files, artwork, and digital assets to support an efficient workflow and easy retrieval of materials. Communicate effectively with internal teams to understand project requirements, incorporate feedback, and deliver designs that meet business objectives. Qualifications 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within the sports, apparel, retail, or related industries. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop. Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience preparing artwork and production-ready files for both print and digital applications. Ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising accuracy or design quality. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to receive, interpret, and apply constructive feedback. A passion for sports and an understanding of sports apparel trends, branding, and culture.
