A Product Designer is responsible for the design of a new product, or redesign of an existing product. Responsible for the aesthetics of the product but also designing how it will work, defining the problem and solving it. May be responsible for producing low-fidelity mock ups, prototypes for validation through user testing and crafting the final product accordingly.

We are seeking a Technical Specialist to join our electric vehicle design team. If you're passionate about solving complex challenges and helping bring innovative ideas to life, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Create high-quality, accurate 3D digital surface models that communicate conceptual design intent using Autodesk Alias or ICEM Surf Develop digital surfaces from the concept stage through production-ready quality for tooling release Advise on and recommend solutions to overcome design and engineering challenges Contribute to a variety of projects, including advanced design, show cars, and production vehicles Collaborate closely with Design and Engineering teams to maintain design intent and production feasibility Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution Qualifications 8+ years of surfacing experience with Alias or ICEM Surf in a top tier, preferably production environment. Class A or production experience An understanding of visualization software, Catia or Grasshopper is also beneficial Bachelor's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field At Lucid, we don't just welcome diversity - we celebrate it!
