We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team and shape distinctive products and visual experiences from initial idea through final delivery. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented individual who can balance trend awareness with practical execution, turning market insights and customer needs into effective design solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to develop products, packaging, and presentation materials that strengthen brand presence and support retail success.

Responsibilities:

Create original product and packaging concepts that move from early exploration to production-ready design. Develop visual direction through trend research, inspiration boards, color stories, pattern work, and other creative assets. Convert customer preferences and retail opportunities into thoughtful designs that are both appealing and commercially viable. Prepare clear presentations that communicate design ideas, product assortments, and merchandising opportunities. Partner with product development, sourcing, and sales teams to align creative concepts with execution requirements and business goals. Uphold brand standards while introducing fresh ideas that reflect evolving market and lifestyle trends. Use Adobe Creative Suite and AI-enabled tools to improve research, concept development, and design efficiency. Participate in review sessions, incorporate feedback constructively, and refine concepts to achieve a strong final result. Demonstrated portfolio featuring product design, packaging, branding, retail concepts, or related creative projects. Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Ability to guide a project through the full design lifecycle, from concept creation to final production support. Strong sense of color, typography, composition, and visual storytelling with an awareness of current design trends. Experience presenting creative work and explaining design decisions to internal stakeholders or clients. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality work within tight deadlines. Collaborative approach with openness to feedback and strong communication skills in a team setting. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a closely related field preferred.
