A Product Designer is responsible for the design of a new product, or redesign of an existing product. Responsible for the aesthetics of the product but also designing how it will work, defining the problem and solving it. May be responsible for producing low-fidelity mock ups, prototypes for validation through user testing and crafting the final product accordingly.

Job Description Meta Reality Labs' mission is to build tools that help people feel connected, anytime, anywhere. Lifelike, interactive characters are an important part of this mission — and our robotics program is opening new frontiers for how animated characters can exist in the physical world.

- Support design operations for Robotics projects across wearables, including on device and companion experiences.
- Partner with designers, 2D/3D artists, creative directors, and DPMs to ensure work is clearly scoped, prioritized, and delivered on time.
- Apply critical thinking and design judgment to project planning, understanding creative intent, constraints, and tradeoffs.
- Manage multiple fast turnaround projects simultaneously and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
- Communicate clearly and succinctly with cross functional partners to maintain alignment on scope, timelines, and expectations.
- Track design work using internal project management tools, surface risks, and report progress to design and XFN partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows, tooling, and operational processes in a studio style environment.
- Support experimentation with emerging creative workflows, including AI assisted tools.

https://insightglobal.com/workforce-privacy-policy/. Skills and Requirements- 7+ years of experience as a producer, project manager, or program manager supporting product design, or robotics teams.
- Experience working closely with product designers, engineers, designers.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to understand creative goals and contribute meaningfully beyond task tracking.
- Proven ability to operate independently, manage priorities, and drive work forward in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience handling quick turnaround timelines and high volumes of incoming requests.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate scope, needs, and status to stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, product management, content design, user research, and other partners.
- Proficiency with professional project management tools used to track creative work and milestones.
- Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving scopes and priorities.
- Experience supporting creative or design teams within consumer electronics, hardware, or wearable products.
- Familiarity with non‑functional design workflows (e.g., visual systems, creative direction, onboarding experiences).
- Experience improving or scaling creative workflows and operational processes.
- Interest in or experience with AI‑enabled tools
- Experience working with design teams at scale or within studio‑style environments.
- Ability to use data or insights to identify operational challenges and propose solutions.
