Interior Designer - ADU & Remodeling |

San Diego, CA Compensation:

$45K-$60K package

Schedule:

7:00 AM-4:00 PM, with flexibility on weekends and according to customer schedules. We are looking for a creative, customer-focused Interior Designer who can manage projects from the initial customer meeting through final design and construction coordination. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of contact for customers from start to finish , managing communication and follow-ups. Conduct design meetings , understand customer requirements, and develop creative interior concepts. Work closely with a team of 3-4 interior designers and ensure design packages are completed accurately and on time. Prepare estimates, budgets, material selections, and design packages . Create new and customized interior designs based on customer needs, preferences, and budget. Conduct regular customer follow-ups and maintain strong client relationships. Read and understand architectural and construction drawings . Prepare before-and-after construction drawings/design revisions based on customer meetings and project requirements. Coordinate with design, drafting, construction, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Work on ADUs, single-family homes, bathrooms, kitchens, landscaping, renovations, and remodeling projects . Use Revit, AutoCAD , and other design/drafting software. Be comfortable creating Instagram/social media videos , showcasing projects, building company brand presence, and recording customer testimonials. Candidates interested in sales may also participate in sales activities and earn additional sales commission . Requirements Proven experience in Interior Design, Residential Interior Design, Remodeling, Construction, or Design-Build . Strong knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, architectural drawings, construction drawings, and interior design concepts . Experience with ADU, kitchen, bathroom, single-family, landscaping, renovation, or remodeling projects is highly preferred. Excellent customer communication, presentation, coordination, and follow-up skills. Highly creative with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and customers simultaneously. Strong team player with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable meeting customers in person and presenting design concepts. Sales experience is a plus. San Diego Interior Design Pay:

$45,000.00 - $63,964.82 per month
