The harder you work, the higher your reward. We provide hands-on training to help you learn our process, systems, and design standards. What You'll Do Work one-on-one with clients in our showroom to design kitchens & bathrooms. Develop cabinet designs, select materials and finishes, and guide clients through product choices Create clear, accurate designs and proposals using 20/20 design software. Collaborate with our in-house installation team to ensure smooth communication and execution Maintain a clean, welcoming, and inspirational showroom experience for visitors What We're Looking For Proven experience in kitchen and bath design (closet experience is a plus!) Strong knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, and flooring materials Comfortable using design software and reading plans/specs A warm, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics and function Experienced closer Availability during standard business hours with flexibility for Saturdays.
