This role involves collaborating with clients to create innovative designs that meet their needs while ensuring project feasibility and functionality. As a Designer, you will play a crucial role in transforming ideas into reality, utilizing your skills in design software and client management. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients to understand their design vision and requirements. Utilize Mozaik software to create detailed design plans and layouts. Develop remodeling concepts that align with client expectations and budget constraints. Manage the sales process by presenting design proposals and negotiating terms effectively. Maintain organized project documentation, including stock inventory and account management records. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the design process, ensuring client satisfaction. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely execution of projects. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and techniques to enhance design offerings. Skills Proficiency in Mozaik 20/20 software for creating accurate design plans. Experience in remodeling projects with a strong understanding of construction processes. Sales skills to effectively present designs and negotiate contracts with clients. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to manage stock levels and coordinate with suppliers efficiently. Excellent negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for projects. Proficient in English for clear communication with clients and team members. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions related to design services.
