Job Description

Interior Designer, K-12 | Revit | $54,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Design the spaces where the next generation learns. Our K-12 studio needs an Interior Designer who wants real responsibility early, and will get it. What you'll own Design Build concept, schematic, and design development solutions for classrooms, libraries, commons, cafeterias, and collaborative learning spaces Study design options with our Senior Project Designer and Senior Interior Designer, then present them to the team Create finish boards, color and material palettes, and presentations, and step up to lead client presentations Documentation in Revit Produce design plans and construction contract documents Draw elevations, sections, and details Develop reflected ceiling plans Design and detail millwork Build finish plans, color plans, and schedules Lay out furniture with proper ergonomics and age-appropriate scale Research and Resources Source and research custom interior products Maintain our resource library Learn interior specifications and industry standards from the inside Ownership Self-check every deliverable for accuracy, omissions, and legibility Manage your own tasks and deadlines Work alongside the full project team Contribute to marketing and proposals What you bring Professional degree in Interior Design (registration is a plus, not a requirement) 0-6 years of architecture experience Revit fluency, plus graphic design and 3D visualization skills Solid grasp of form, scale, color, texture, pattern, light, balance, and proportion Sharp attention to detail, clear communication, and a team-first attitude What you get $54,000 - $85,000 based on experience 401(k) Hands-on K-12 projects with visible impact Direct mentorship from senior designers A collaborative, in-person studio (100% in office) Seats like this don't stay open long.
