Oaklin Lane is hiring a full-time Feeding Therapist at our Lake Highlands clinic in Dallas, Texas — a Speech-Language Pathologist with feeding expertise who sees a family's table as more than a place to eat, and gets paid for every session and evaluation they deliver. About Oaklin Lane Oaklin Lane is your neighborhood pediatric therapy clinic — a growing network of purpose-built clinics providing compassionate, expert care to kids from infancy through adolescence. What you'll do Carry a full-time caseload of kids you see consistently, week after week Complete comprehensive feeding and swallowing evaluations and share findings with families in plain language Provide one-on-one 30-minute feeding therapy sessions for kids from infancy through adolescence Build individualized feeding plans for each kid — oral-motor skills, swallowing safety, sensory-based feeding challenges, and mealtime success Prepare developmentally appropriate materials and food items tailored to each child's medical, sensory, and nutritional needs Document sessions in our EMR with accuracy and care Communicate clearly and compassionately with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates Coordinate care with SLP, OT, and PT so every kid gets one connected plan Create a play-based environment where kids are treated like kids first Why this role at Oaklin Lane Pay tied to the work itself. You earn $100 per evaluation and $45 per 30-minute session. A full caseload means a full schedule — clear, simple, and connected directly to the care you provide. A four-day clinic week. Our clinic is open Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Fridays reserved for make-up sessions. Feeding sessions run 30 minutes, so your day is built in clean, predictable blocks. Who you are You are:

Looking for a full-time schedule and a caseload you can build real relationships in Self-motivated and mission-driven Deeply knowledgeable in pediatric feeding and swallowing Someone who meets kids where they are A clear, compassionate communicator A team player who cares as much about the clinicians around you as the kids on your schedule You bring: Current Texas licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in good standing VitalStim certification, or willingness to obtain immediately upon hire Medicaid credentialing preferred, or willingness to complete immediately upon hire Demonstrated experience in pediatric feeding therapy — evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across a wide range of feeding needs Deep understanding of oral-motor development, dysphagia management, sensory feeding challenges, and mealtime behavioral dynamics Comfort using EMR systems and keeping documentation accurate and timely A team-first mindset aligned with Oaklin Lane's values What to expect
