On-site Pay:
$65,000-75,000 This Interior Designer role will plan and design interior spaces for multifamily and residential properties , collaborating closely with architecture, construction, and sales teams. Your creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects will be essential in delivering exceptional results that enhance our clients' lifestyles and spaces. Responsibilities Developing design concepts, selecting finishes and materials, and preparing design boards Coordinating FF&E packages that align with project budgets and brand standards. Producing and reviewing interior-related construction drawings Ensures all designs are accurate, buildable, and compliant with project specifications. Conduct site visits, oversee installation details, and communicate with vendors and trades to maintain quality, schedule, and consistency across projects. Qualifications Strong space planning skills to create functional, efficient layouts for residential and multifamily environments. Experience collaborating with architecture teams and understanding how interior design integrates with building plans. Ability to read, create, and coordinate construction drawings relevant to interior finishes and details. Experience with FF&E (furniture, fixtures, and equipment) selection and specification, including coordination with vendors and budgets. Proficiency with industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and basic MS Office tools. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and external partners. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Experience in residential construction or homebuilding environments is preferred; familiarity with building codes and construction processes is beneficial.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
