This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs for claims adjusters and support staff across several teams. The Claims Trainer ensures that team members are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to handle insurance claims efficiently, accurately, and in alignment with our commitment to exceptional customer experience and innovation. As a key point of contact for new hires and developing staff, this position helps set professional standards and reinforce the Tesla Insurance brand.
