About the Position Land of Cabinets is looking for an experienced Kitchen & Bath Designer / Sales Consultant to join our Richmond showroom. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who already has experience in kitchen and cabinet design, understands the sales process, and is comfortable working directly with homeowners, contractors, builders, and investors. The right person should be able to take a customer from the initial consultation through design, pricing, follow-up, and closing the sale without needing constant supervision. Responsibilities Meet with customers in our showroom and understand their needs, style, budget, and project scope Create functional and attractive kitchen and bath designs Prepare cabinet layouts, quotes, and proposals Present designs and pricing to customers and confidently close sales Follow up with new leads and existing customers Review measurements, appliance specifications, and project details Help customers select cabinets, countertops, hardware, and related materials Prepare accurate cabinet orders and review all details before ordering Maintain organized customer files, quotes, and follow-ups Build and maintain relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and repeat customers Coordinate with our installation and project teams when needed What We're Looking For 2+ years of kitchen, bath, or cabinet design/sales experience preferred Previous cabinet or kitchen remodeling sales experience strongly preferred Experience with 2020 Design/Cyncly, ProKitchen, or similar kitchen design software Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills Comfortable discussing pricing, following up with customers, and asking for the sale Good understanding of cabinet layouts, fillers, panels, moldings, appliance clearances, and kitchen design Ability to read and work with measurements accurately Detail-oriented and organized Able to manage multiple customers and projects at the same time Self-motivated and able to work independently Experience working with contractors and builders is a plus Countertop and remodeling knowledge is a plus Spanish-speaking is a strong plus Compensation Base salary plus commission and performance bonuses. Starting base salary is approximately $42,000

• 50,000 depending on experience , with strong earning potential through commission. Successful sales performance can bring total annual compensation to approximately $72,000
