The Role Overview In this role, you will be the face of our showroom—welcoming walk-in clients, managing vendor reps, and sparking excitement for new projects. On the design side, you will use your creative flair to balance form and function, building comprehensive design packages and collaborating heavily with our internal design team and our incredible field/installation crew.

Key Responsibilities Showroom Sales & Client Experience First Impressions:

Greet walk-in showroom clients with an upbeat, welcoming energy and guide them through our materials and services.

Onboarding:

Field initial inquiries, qualify leads, and schedule initial consultation meetings.

Vendor & Rep Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for product representatives to keep our showroom samples, catalogs, and pricing up to date.

Interior Design & Project Documentation Form & Function:

Develop beautiful, functional residential design concepts, space plans, and material selections.

Technical Accuracy:

Produce precise project documentation, cabinetry layouts, and floor plans.

Crew Collaboration:

Work closely with our field crew to ensure your design documentation translates seamlessly to the physical installation on-site. Tech & Social Media (The Fun Stuff!)

Platform Management:

Keep projects moving smoothly using Monday.com . Social Media Savvy (Bonus!): Snap photos, capture behind-the-scenes moments, and create engaging social media posts to showcase our projects and team culture. Interior Design Degree Software Skills:

Proficiency in 2020 Design , Chief Architect , and AutoCAD .
