• Complete work orders efficiently and professionally
• Perform general maintenance tasks, including: o Basic plumbing repairs o Electrical troubleshooting o Appliance diagnostics and repair o Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep
• Assist with unit turns and make‑ready preparation
• Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities
• Respond to resident requests with a friendly, professional attitude
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards Requirements
• Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently
• Reliable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
